Meet the Administrator
Sister M. Elizabeth Trembczynski, CSFN, is the Executive Director of Casa San Carlo Retirement Community. A member of the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth, co-sponsor of Resurrection Health Care, Sister Elizabeth has a noteworthy health care career that spans more than 30 years, including 25 years in long-term care. She first served as director of purchasing at Holy Family Medical Center in Des Plaines and then as an administrative intern at Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital Center in Chicago.
In 1978, Sister Elizabeth began her service to the elderly at Nazarethville in Des Plaines, the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth's facility for aged religious. She directed a variety of departments including environmental services and purchasing. Since 1981, when the facility first opened, Sister Elizabeth served as Administrator of Holy Family Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Several senior executives and officers have placed great confidence in her by entrusting the care of loved ones to Sister and her staff.
Sister Elizabeth has served as a member of the Provincial Administration of the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth, Sacred Heart Province, and as a member of the Board of Directors of Resurrection Health Care. She has a bachelor's degree from DeLourdes College and has taught in schools in both Chicago and Wisconsin.
