A Nursing Home with a History of Caring
Since 1991, Saint Benedict Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has served Niles, the northwest side of Chicago and surrounding communities. Whether someone is admitted for short-term rehabilitation or long-term care, an individually tailored program of nursing care is developed for each resident.
The center is conveniently located on the north side of Touhy Avenue, just east of Milwaukee and Harlem avenues.
Comprehensive Services
Saint Benedict Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers comprehensive long-term and short-term nursing home care, including skilled nursing, intermediate nursing, subacute nursing and rehabilitation. In addition, the Saint Benedict Independent Living Center has 29 private rooms, ten of which are designated for retired priests. Our nursing and rehabilitative services include:

Meet the Administrator
Anthony (Tony) Madl has been named the new Administrator of Saint Benedict Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Niles. Tony also has provided outstanding service during the past several years as the Administrator of Holy Family Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. And, he has served in a number of other leadership positions with Resurrection Health Care: as Administrator of Resurrection Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Park Ridge; Administrator of Maryhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Glenview, and Executive Director of Saint Andrew Life Center in Niles. Before joining Resurrection Health Care in 2001, Tony served as Assistant Administrator at Albany Care in Evanston, Illinois, and as Director of Social Services at Meadowbrook Manor in Naperville, Illinois. Tony has a Master's Degree in business administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology: Health and Aging.

Saint Benedict Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Public Health, and it is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
