Our goal is to provide a full spectrum of primary care, so you and your family get the medical attention you need - when and where you need it.

In addition to general check-ups, we also offer dermatology evaluations; a convenient, onsite laboratory; women's services, including obstetrics and gynecology; and even behavioral health options. Furthermore, we have staff on hand to provide alternative medicine and acupuncture.

Need help navigating and deciding on health care resources? You can get help with insurance, prescription assistance and more through our full-time social worker. And as part of our paramount goal to have access to the latest in medicine, we partner with Rush University and the University of Illinois at Chicago to conduct groundbreaking community-based research aimed at improving the health and well-being of our neighborhood.
