Seton Family Health Center has been providing world-class health care on the near north side of Chicago for more than 30 years. Named for Saint Elizabeth Seton, the first native-born American to be named a saint by the Catholic Church, the center is a part of Saint Joseph Hospital, a nationally ranked, five-star-rated hospital serving Chicago's Lincoln Park, Old Town, and north side communities.
