Physician Referral

Please try our online Search for a Doctor.

You need a doctor because... need a checkup but don't have a family doctor ... you're new in town and need to find a primary care physician or specialist who meets your health needs and participates in your insurance or managed care plan ... your college-age children have "outgrown" their pediatrician and need to find an internist ...

The Physician Referral Service at Resurrection Health Care was made for situations just like these. One phone call puts you in touch with Resurrection Health Care physician referral coordinators who are specially trained to help you get the information you need. Their extensive knowledge of the medical staff, programs, services and community agencies -- along with information on accepted HMOs, PPOs and insurance plans -- helps you make informed health care decisions.

Using a computerized tracking system, our physician referral coordinators can help narrow your search for a physician and provide specific information including specialty, age, gender, language capabilities, office location, hours and more. In fact, our coordinators can help you choose from over 3,000 physicians and dentists representing more than 50 medical specialties.

Finding a doctor doesn't have to be a confusing experience. Call the Resurrection Health Care Physician Referral Service at 877-RES-INFO (737-4636), seven days a week - Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm and on weekends from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
