Accredited Chest Pain Center
Resurrection Medical Center has been named a Chest Pain Center by the Society of Chest Pain Centers. What does this mean? Cardiac patients are evaluated and treated according to best practice standards that focus rapid, accurate patient evaluation, triage and management to maximize positive patient outcomes.
We offer a full continuum of cardiac services covering prevention and screening, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. These include:
- Regular screenings and programs for heart disease risk factors and maintaining a healthy heart

- Electrophysiology
- Nuclear imaging

Emergency treatment may include the use of thrombolytic drugs or emergency angioplasty to dissipate blood clots and halt a heart attack.
