Inpatient rehabilitation is provided in the 61-bed John F. Smiekel Rehabilitation Unit, which features three gyms for therapy, a simulated home setting complete with bathroom, full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The unit has received a prestigious accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Some of the inpatient rehabilitation services we provide are:
- Comprehensive acute rehabilitation services
- 24-hour nursing coverage
- Physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapy
- Community reintegration
- Pharmacy, dietary, social work and chaplain
- Weekly team conferences with goal setting
- Psychological services
