We are pleased to share with you exciting news about Holy Family Medical Center!

Holy Family Medical Center is in its second year of providing extended long-term acute care for critically ill patients. While Holy Family Medical Center has been serving the community since 1961, to meet the unprecedented need for long-term care, it was converted into the first faith-based extended acute specialty hospital in Illinois.

In fact, Holy Family is the only such hospital in the Northwest Chicagoland area that specializes in providing care for patients who are critically ill with complex conditions and must be hospitalized for several weeks.

If you are considering making a gift to Holy Family Medical Center, here are some areas that could use your support:

  • Help us reopen one of our intensive care units so that we can care for our patients right at Holy Family that require this high-level, specially monitored care.

  • Help us open additional nursing units to serve an even greater number of patients who need long-term care.
