About the Resurrection Development Foundation
The mission of the Foundation is to build relationships and develop partnerships across Chicago to enhance Catholic-sponsored health care services to all who need them.

BE A PROCESS-ORIENTED, METRICS DRIVEN FOUNDATION WE WILL SHARE INFORMATION AND UNDERSTAND AND ACTUALIZE PROCESS AS A FRAMEWORK TO ENSURE HIGH QUALITY OUTCOMES WE WILL FULLY INTEGRATE PROCESS INTO OUR ROUTINES AND PROJECT WORK WITH A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF CORRESPONDING STRUCTURE AND ACCOUNTABILITIES WE WILL BE A TEAM-BASED CULTURE AND VALUE COLLABORATIVE WORK WE WILL REMAIN GROUNDED IN THE MISSION AND VALUES OF OUR ORGANIZATION WE WILL HOLD RELATIONSHIPS AS A PRIORITY INCLUDING WITH OUR HEALTHCARE PARTNERS, VOLUNTEERS, DONORS AND WITH EACH OTHER WE WILL BE MINDFUL OF THE RETRIEVAL AND SOURCING NEEDS OF OUR TEAM WHEN CREATING, SEARCHING AND STORING DATA, INFORMATION AND FILES WE WILL USE SOUND JUDGEMENT, CRITICAL THINKING AND ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS WE WILL FUNCTION IN A TEAM-BASED CULTURE AND VALUE COLLABORATION WE WILL STRIVE TO EARN THE TRUST AND RESPECT OF OUR TEAM AND HEALTHCARE PARTNERS, VOLUNTEERS, AND DONORS WE WILL SEEK AND PROVIDE UNDERSTANDING FROM EACH OTHER WE WILL HOLD OURSELVES AND EACH OTHER ACCOUNTABLE FOR OUR SUCCESSES, FAILURES, CHALLENGES, LEARNING AND OUTCOMES WE WILL STRIVE TOWARDS CONTINUOUS COHESION AND IMPROVEMENT WE WILL BE OPEN AND SHARE IDEAS AND INFORMATION FREELY AND ASSIST AND COLLABORATE WITH OTHERS WE WILL MAKE CHOICES AND SET OUR PRIORITIES TO ALIGN WITH THE MISSION AND VALUES OF OUR ORGANIZATION WE WILL INSPIRE TRUST IN ALL OF OUR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS WE WILL EXTEND OURSELVES TO MEET THE NEEDS OF OUR TEAM, DONORS, VOLUNTEERS AND THE ORGANIZATION WE WILL DEMONSTRATE A STRONG BIAS FOR ACTION AND BE PROACTIVE ABOUT IDENTIFYING, OWNING AND RESOLVING PROBLEMS AND FACING ISSUES WE WILL TAKE THE INITIATIVE AND REPRIORITIZE AS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO MOVE THE TEAM AND OUR GOALS FORWARD WE WILL DEMONSTRATE MUTUAL RESPECT WE WILL ASSERTIVELY COMMUNICATE OUR WANTS, NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS WE WILL EMBRACE THE UNIQUENESS AND INDIVIDUALITY OF ALL OF OUR TEAM MEMBERS WE WILL EXPRESS EMPATHY, LISTEN WELL AND SUPPORT THE NEEDS OF OUR TEAM AND CONSTITUENTS WE WILL BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS’ TIME AND PRIORITIES WE WILL SEEK AND SUPPORT THE BEST FROM OURSELVES AND OTHERS WE WILL VIEW CHALLENGES AND CHANGE AS OPPORTUNITIES RATHER THAN THREATS WE WILL SHOW SUPPORT AND EMPATHY FOR OUR TEAM MEMBERS WE WILL BE AN OPEN AND TRANSPARENT TEAM WE WILL PROVIDE EACH OTHER WITH OPEN, HONEST AND TIMELY FEEDBACK WE WILL MAKE CHOICES AND SET PRIORITIES TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE TEAM WE WILL WORK HARD AND CELEBRATE HARD!
Resurrection Development Foundation is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation organized to solicit, receive and account for charitable contributions that benefit all Resurrection Health Care entities.
