Our Lady of the Resurrection Medical Center offers comprehensive follow-up service. The Pacemaker/Cardiac Device Clinic is the place where patients are examined to evaluate the condition of their pacemakers or other cardiac devices. These tiny implanted devices regulate the heart's rhythm through a series of electrical impulses. Staff visit homebound patients as well. A telephone monitoring system provides a quick and easy way to test a pacemaker and other cardiac devices 24 hours a day.
