The Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program (HFAP), an independent accreditation authority, awarded accreditation to Our Lady of the Resurrection Medical Center, 5645 W. Addison St., Chicago. The medical center earned this distinction after HFAP surveyors conducted an extensive and objective review of the medical center's quality and safety standards.
