Since we take care of all the paperwork, obtaining equipment is easy and convenient. The process starts with a written prescription from your physician. We'll bill your primary and secondary insurance carriers or Medicare directly, so you don't have to cover initial out-of-pocket expenses or collect insurance.
Our staff has extensive experience in Medicare and insurance issues. They are available from 8 am to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to answer questions and provide telephone assistance.
- After Hospitalization - If you are hospitalized and choose Resurrection Home Medical Equipment as your equipment provider, your physician will order the equipment and services to accommodate your needs. Equipment delivery and setup will be scheduled at your convenience or you can arrange to take necessary equipment home with you when you leave the hospital.
- Personalized Service - Our staff will provide thorough instruction on how to properly use your equipment and supplies. Our equipment representatives will schedule follow-up visits with you if you are using oxygen or respiratory equipment. We also provide a 24-hour emergency phone number should the equipment require service. We'll periodically call to answer questions and make sure you are satisfied.
