At the Holy Family Medical Center Laboratory, you’ll receive the same level of service and pricing as large commercial laboratories, with the convenience of a local hospital-based laboratory. Billing options are flexible — including patient, Medicare and a wide variety of insurance plans.

Reporting

Routine tests are completed within 24 hours. Final culture reports require a minimum of 48 hours from the time of receipt. The reporting time on esoteric test results varies depending on the complexity of test procedures. Partial and completed test results are faxed daily. Final patient reports are mailed on a timely manner.
