Founded in 1961, Holy Family Medical Center is a faith based long-term acute care hospital caring for medically-complex patients, the only such hospital in Northwest Chicagoland. Holy Family specializes in providing care for patients who are critically ill with complex conditions and must be hospitalized an extended period. Referrals can be made by calling 847-813-3330.

Many outpatient services are also offered, including Medical Imaging, a SurgiCenter, and an Immediate Care Center. Others services include:

Keys to Recovery offers a variety of substance abuse treatment programs. These include inpatient medical detoxification, residential, partial hospitalization, outpatient and DUI services.
