Joel Neuberger, LCSW, CSADC
Joel Neuberger has been the program director at the Oak Park professionals program for over 3 years. He earned his Masters Degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin and has been in the addictions field for over 30 years.
He has held a variety of leadership positions for over 25 years in public, private, managed care and EAP (Employee Assistance Programs) sectors. He has been the director of addictions medicine for Humana in the Chicago Metropolitan Area, director of marketing at Healthcare Alternative Systems and vice president for an EAP/managed care organization. In addition, he trained naval alcohol and drug abuse counselors at the Great Lakes Navel Center for over 14 years.
