DUI Services

We offer a full range of services that meet the legal requirements imposed following a conviction for Driving Under the Influence (DUI).

These services include:

  • Level 1: Risk Education - This is a ten-hour series of 4 classes designed to give more information regarding the risks of driving while impaired and how using a mood altering substances may affect your life. This includes the required pre-test and post-test, which must be passed, or the class must be retaken. Additionally, an ongoing prevention plan will be developed.
  • Level 2: Moderate Risk - This level of care is directed towards individuals determined to need 10 hours of risk education and 12 or more hours of counseling services focused on early education and intervention for substance abuse.
  • Level 2: Significant Risk - This level of care is directed towards individuals determined to need 10 hours of risk education and 20 or more hours of treatment services. Additionally, these clients may require Continuing Care Groups.
  • Level 3: High Risk - This level of care requires a minimum of 75 hours of service. It is provided in our intensive outpatient program and will assist the individual in accepting the need for abstinence from alcohol and drugs and establishing an ongoing recovery program.
