Continuing Care Program
These are weekly support therapy groups designed to assist the person in early recovery maintenance. The group sessions meet for ninety minutes and are led by experienced addiction counselors.
About the Program
The Continuing Care Program is professional support group services that are offered to individuals once they have completed their primary treatment for alcoholism or drug addiction. These services consist of group sessions to address ongoing supportive recovery to strengthen individual's engagement in lifestyle changes conducive to healthy living. These services will also address relapse prevention and skills.
Treatment Length
Continuing Care Groups are open ended depending on the progress of the participant in achieving treatment goals.
