Our team of senior leaders has a combined 200+ years of experience and the support of thousands of qualified staff:

Michael Gordon, LNHA
Interim President
Mike is responsible for providing financial leadership, including maintaining accounting records, coordinating preparation of financial statements, performance management, annual budgeting, strategic and financial planning. He is a certified public accountant, holds a nursing home administrator license, currently serves as members of LeadingAge Illinois’ Finance Committee and SNF Committee, and previously served for four years on Illinois Home Care Council’s Finance Committee and for eight years on Leading Age Illinois Assisted Living Cabinet. He has over 15 years of experience in the health care continuum.

Susan A. Enright, RN, BS, MHA
Interim President, Rainbow Hospice & Palliative Care
Chief Operating Officer, Home Care, and Housing, System Lead, Palliative Care & Integration
Susan is responsible for oversight of Rainbow Hospice and Palliative Care, which is solely sponsored by Presence Health. She is also responsible for Presence Health’s integration efforts as well as the home care and hospice agencies, senior housing communities as well as our hospital-based nurse navigators and clinical education. As the System Lead of Palliative Care and Integration, Susan oversees the System’s Palliative Care services offered in acute-care and sub-acute locations. She also works to ensure patients flow through the Presence Health System to ensure a continuity of care. Susan is a Registered Nurse with more than 30 years of experience.

Beth Florczak, RN, MSN
Chief Clinical Officer
Beth is responsible for clinical regulatory compliance, Joint Commission accreditation, development and implementation of evidence-based best practices in nursing and rehabilitation centers, senior housing communities, adult and child care centers, and pharmacy. She also oversees patient, resident, client and family satisfaction. Beth has over 30 years of experience spanning the health care continuum.

Sister Sharon Kerrigan, RSM, MA, D Min, PhD
Mission Officer
Sister Sharon provides education and support for the facilities in the areas of Catholic identity, mission, spiritual care, ethics, community benefit and diversity. She served on boards, contributed to professional publications and gave presentations at national conventions. She has over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience.

Constance Nestor FACHE, EDAC
Regional Director, Support Services
Constance is responsible for environment of care regulatory compliance, dietary, plant operations, security, housekeeping, laundry/linen and biomedical engineering services; striving to improve quality, increase efficiencies and lower costs. She is a board- certified fellow at the American College of Healthcare Executives, a certified lean green belt, serves on the board of the Health Care Institute where she voluntarily oversees research, is FEMA certified, and served on the 2014 Facility Guidelines Institute Standards Revisions Task Force for post-acute, long- term care, hospice, acute care and other facility types.

Wendell Provost, JD
Human Resources Officer
Wendell is responsible for providing human resources leadership to all Presence Life Connections facilities. He has over 35 years of experience in associate relations, compensation and benefits, facility, litigation and claim management.
