Resurrection Medical Center’s Medi-Ride van transportation can help you get to and from your day-to-day, non-emergency medical appointments easily and conveniently.

Convenience

Using Medi-Ride is easy. Medi-Ride provides door-to-door service and offers a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, to meet our patients’ needs.

To schedule your Medi-Ride appointment, simply call toll free 877-737-7433 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please have the following information available when you call:

• the patient’s name, address and phone number
• the appointment date, time and location
• whether or not the patient needs assistance with mobility

On the day of your appointment, we ask that you be ready to depart when the Medi-Ride van arrives. Our goal is to ensure that you arrive for your appointment at or before your scheduled time.

The Medi-Ride schedule fills up quickly. We ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible, preferably 72 hours. We will make every attempt to schedule all rides and will do so in the order in which requests are made.

Additional charge - Each companion traveling with patients: $4.00.

• Payments made with cash or personal checks are required at the time of service.
  
  
• Medi-Ride attendants can assist most patients from their home to the Medi-Ride van. They can assist some wheelchair-bound patients down a maximum of two stairs. Please call Medi-Ride for more details on the attendants’ abilities and limitations for assisting and transporting patients.
