Resurrection Health Care provides hospice services for terminally ill patients through Rainbow Hospice and Palliative Care located in Mount Prospect.
Rainbow Hospice and Palliative Care allows patients to remain in the comfort of their own homes as long as possible. A multidisciplinary team provides medical care, pain management, in-home assistance and counseling as well as bereavement support for family members. When needed, dedicated hospital beds are available for hospice patients at all the medical centers as well as at Resurrection Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers.
