Outpatient Surgery
Resurrection Health Care offers many outpatient or same day surgery centers throughout the System. Outpatient surgery centers offer an alternative to overnight hospitalization for some surgical procedures, including:
- General surgery
- Cosmetic surgery
- Ear, eye, nose and throat surgery
- Orthopedic surgery
- Gynecological and urological surgery
Patients may have their procedure and return home to recover the same day.

- Saint Francis Hospital - Evanston
- Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center - Chicago
Other locations:
- Belmont/Harlem Surgery Center - an outpatient, free-standing surgery center that is co-owned by Resurrection Health Care and physicians
