At Saint Joseph Hospital, over 200 free and discounted community health and education programs are offered each year.
- Classes/Lectures - Childbirth Preparation, Healthy Heart programs, Healthy Cooking, Preventing Lower Back Pain and more.
- Screenings - Blood pressure, foot, cholesterol, flexibility and others.
- Support Groups - Cancer Support Group, Diabetes Support Group, Mom Network Support Group for new mothers and Ovarian Cancer Support Group.

Through Community Health Services, we have helped educate our neighbors about preventive health care, providing classes and seminars in both English and Spanish. Ongoing programs, such as our hypertension and diabetes support groups, allow us to help others manage their health. Additionally, we offer free health screenings year-round.
