Imaging and Diagnostic Services
Screening Mammography — A mammogram is a low-dose breast X-ray that identifies abnormalities and aids in the diagnosis of breast diseases in women. Mammography plays a central part in the early detection of cancer because it can show changes in the breast up to two years before they can be felt.

Mammography with CAD — CAD, or Computer Aided Detection, assists our radiologists by highlighting minute breast tissue irregularities on mammography films. This software increases physicians' ability to identify subtle abnormalities and potential breast cancers in earlier stages.

Digital mammography — Full-field digital mammography uses an electronic digital detector to record images rather than conventional film, allowing for extensive examination. Providing more information to the doctor, this procedure is also faster and more comfortable for the patient.

Breast MRI with CAD — This new diagnostic tool provides doctors with hundreds of images of the breast, cross-sectional in all three directions. Because of the high level of detail provided, it is very effective for determining the extent of breast cancer and in monitoring response to treatment in cancer patients.
