In pursuit of that goal, your health care team is committed to ensuring that the care, treatment, and services you receive are both high quality and safe. As part of our commitment, we seek accreditation from The Joint Commission (TJC). The Joint Commission provides unscheduled inspections to determine if we are in compliance with standards that they set for quality, patient safety, and the safety of the environment. If you feel, for any reason, that we have not met this goal during your stay, we encourage you to let us know by contacting a member of your care team during your stay or by contacting our Customer Relations Department at 815.937.2401.

In addition, as a condition of our accreditation, we are required to advise you that you may also contact The Joint Commission or other hospital regulatory agencies directly to express your concerns.
