Enrollment in health coverage through the Affordable Care Act health insurance exchange program begins November 15, 2014 and ends February 15, 2014.
If by February 15 you do not have health insurance through the exchanges or your employer, you will face a fine of 2 percent of your yearly income or $325, whichever amount is higher.
