Need Help Viewing the New Website?

The new website displays optimally on the vast majority of computer systems, but you may find that the viewing area on your RHC computer is too small to accommodate the website in a single screen. If your computer is set in such a way, you can increase the screen size (resolution) to a more standard size.

  1. Close all programs in Windows, so you can see the desktop (background) screen.

  2. Move your mouse to an open area without any icons; right-click and release so a little menu appears.

  3. Select "Properties".

  4. Choose the "Settings" tab.

  5. Slide the "Screen Resolution" slider to the right until it reads "1024 by 768 pixels".

  6. Click "OK". The screen will flicker for a moment and then display at the new resolution.

  7. If you're asked to approve the change, click the button provided.

If you follow these instructions and your screen resolution does not change, or if you do not have a "Settings" option in step 4, please call the I.S. Support Center at ext. 1900 or 847-390-1900.
