"As your primary care physician I will assess your needs, determining what type of care is needed and directing you to what is most appropriate. Choosing the right primary care physician and building a trusting relationship will allow you to make the best decisions for your health. I serve as the leader of our care team to provide you with the following services: promoting a healthy lifestyle, wellness, and education about self care along with screening and prevention of common medical conditions. I provide compassionate care for newborns, infants, children, and adults of all ages including pregnant women." Dr. Gazzi is co-director of Family Centered Maternity care at the University of Illinois at Chicago/Saint Joseph Hospital Family Medicine Program and is on the faculty of the Family Medicine Residency.
