Mission and Values

It is the mission of the Saints Mary and Elizabeth Family Medicine Residency Program to educate residents to provide exemplary health care that is compassionate, family-centered, and community-oriented. We are further dedicated to educating residents who understand and practice culturally competent, ethical, evidence-based medicine.

The program strives to accomplish these goals by fostering collaboration as well as an appreciation of the cultural diversity that defines our community. While we provide care to all who seek our help, we have a particular commitment to the underserved. In pursuing these ideals, we intend that our graduates will improve the health of their communities.
