The Medical Library at Saint Francis Hospital provides state-of-the-art, knowledge-based medical information in various formats:
- Electronic texts are available through AccessMedicine, Ovid Books, MDConsult, and R2 Library covering a range of subject disciplines.
- Over 2,000 full-text journals can be accessed through the hospital Intranet with Medline search engines provided by Ovid and PubMed for your literature search needs. Remote access is also available.
- Decision-making databases such as UpToDate or Ovid Evidence-based Medicine Reviews to enhance your clinical practice.
Any resource not on-site in the library's print or electronic collections is available through our document delivery service. The Medical Library at Saint Francis is continually updating to assist in meeting your required competency needs.
