Welcome to the Sports Medicine Fellowship
A program with a twenty-five year tradition of training Family Medicine residents has just taken on a new challenge: to train physicians in the team approach to sports medicine.
Since 2005, the Resurrection Sports Medicine Fellowship is one of only a few accredited primary care sports medicine fellowship in the city of Chicago. Supported by Resurrection Health Care, the largest Catholic Health Care system in Chicago, Resurrection Medical Center, a 360+ bed university-affiliated community hospital, and the Resurrection Family Medicine Residency Program, the fellowship has access to all of the academic offerings of our numerous institutions.
