How to Apply
We participate in the NRMP match process. Interested applicants should obtain the Primary Care Sports Medicine application form from the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine website. In addition to the common application form and supporting documentation outlined therein, please provide a copy of the first page of any publication listed in the application or CV.
Interviews are granted after careful consideration of submitted applications and generally begin October 1st. The deadline for applications is October 15th.
We currently accept applicants who have or will have completed an accredited residency in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or PM&R.
