Medical School: Midwestern University COM - Chicago

About Me: I was born and raised in Deerfield, Illinois. I attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where I studied community health and minored in chemistry. From there I continued my medical education at MWU/CCOM graduating in 2013. I really value the approach of osteopathic physicians and I plan to carry on the patient-centered traditions throughout my career. During my free time I love to spend time with my friends and family, play golf, and sample all of the restaurants that Chicago has to offer. If you need any recommendations just ask!

Why Resurrection: At MWU/CCOM I had the opportunity to rotate at Resurrection multiple times and each experience was more positive and valuable than the next. Every attending, resident, nurse, faculty member, and patient that I met taught me something new and played an essential part in my medical education. I love the atmosphere at Resurrection. Everyone is extremely friendly and most importantly, they are dedicated to the well-being of the patients. I also appreciate that Resurrection has the patient population of an inner city hospital while also maintaining the personal feeling of a community based hospital. As I am a Chicago boy at heart, I wanted to stay in an osteopathic program in Chicago so I am grateful that Res wanted me as part of their program.
