At Resurrection Health Care, we are committed to the Mission and Core Values as founded by our sponsors, the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth and the Sisters of the Resurrection.

We respect the fact that patients, families, physicians and other associates can make better, informed decisions about their health care if they have access to our quality information.

As part of our commitment, we carefully monitor and are publicly accountable for our quality outcomes. This accountability supports our mission of delivering excellent quality care and service to our communities.

Resurrection Health Care shows quality scores as they compare to US and State of Illinois averages for specific topics related to patient satisfaction and performance on nationally recognized quality indicators.

These scores represent a snapshot of quality for Resurrection hospitals and services. Many factors should be taken into consideration when choosing a hospital or service which best meets you and your family's needs.
