Resurrection Health Care is accredited by the Health Care Facilities Accreditation (HFAP) program, one of only three organizations authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to survey hospitals, clinical laboratories and other health care facilities for compliance with CMS quality standards. HFAP has been providing objective review of medical facilities and services since 1945 and has been accrediting healthcare facilities for over 30 years under Medicare. It is recognized by the federal government, state governments, insurance carriers and managed care organizations.
Resurrection Health Care has been named in the top quintile (50) of health systems nationwide based on clinical performance according to Thomson Reuters, a leading provider of information and solutions to improve the cost and quality of healthcare.
Resurrection Health Care is one of only two hospital systems in the nation to receive accreditation by the Society of Chest Pain Centers (SCPC).
All seven Resurrection Health Care acute care hospitals have earned the Gold Seal of Approval™ from The Joint Commission for Advanced Disease-Specific Certification as Primary Stroke Centers.
We have received the eICU Critical Care Impact Award, which recognizes improved outcomes for intensive care patients with eICU, a high tech, remote video monitoring system.
