Presence Saint Benedict to present free community health program on bone and joint health
Presence Saint Benedict Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 6930 West Touhy Avenue in Niles will present a free public program about bone and joint health on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. Matthew J. Jimenez, M.D., F.A.C.S., will discuss bone health as it relates to osteoporosis and arthritis. Dr. Jimenez also will talk about the less-invasive anterior hip approach, a surgical option that focuses on preserving soft tissue while helping decrease pain, and improving recovery and mobility. Free parking is available and refreshments and light appetizers will be served from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. Space is limited and reservations are necessary.
