Education is First Step in Treating Adolescent Headaches
When 19-year-old Becky White from Wisconsin first came to the Diamond Headache Clinic at Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago almost four years ago to see Headache Specialist Betsy Pepper, M.D., she had already been experiencing migraines for five years. Like many patients, she didn't have the right treatment plan for her condition and was over medicating herself to alleviate the pain.
